Definitions Health and Fitness Gym is focusing all its efforts into providing a service for everybody who is trying to either lose weight, tone, Build/Gain Muscle, or just improve fitness levels.
Our gym has a very friendly atmosphere and is split up into a variety of different areas, meaning there is something for anybody wanting to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
The Cardio Area
The first area you come into as you walk in the centre, it is the ideal non intimidating place to increase fitness levels.
The Weights Area
This is the next area of our gym; having everything you need to do a balanced workout routine, you may be looking to build muscle or just look a bit more athletic, everything in this area will get you the results you are looking for.
The Power Zone/Ultimate Fitness Area
Our newest section was put in with the advanced trainers in mind, the Ultimate Fitness Area houses the only Functional Training Rig for many miles. As CrossFit becomes more popular in the UK more people are looking to use Functional training rigs, the techniques used will help you build an athletic, lean body.
The Power Zone is the place to be if you are into your Body Building, it is filled with Free Weights and Plate loading equipment, bear in mind it doesn’t mean that this area is only for “Arnolds” many Body Building techniques are useful for other training goals.
