In-house Classes with Qualified Instructors
We run a range of classes throughout the week for all levels of fitness. Our class timetable is open to both members and non-members; however there are a selection of ‘in-house’ classes which are included on our Gold Membership, (for details on all our current memberships please contact the club for more information).
All in-house classes do require you to book in to ensure that you receive your space.
All classes are run by qualified and experienced instructors, ensuring you get the best possible experience.
