In-house Classes with Qualified Instructors

We run a range of classes throughout the week for all levels of fitness. Our class timetable is open to both members and non-members; however there are a selection of ‘in-house’ classes which are included on our Gold Membership, (for details on all our current memberships please contact the club for more information).

All in-house classes do require you to book in to ensure that you receive your space.

All classes are run by qualified and experienced instructors, ensuring you get the best possible experience.


Instructors: Tom Coaten And Jack Smith
A fun workout which uses the power of music to keep you pedalling those calories away, keeping you in great shape.
Monday at 6.30pm and Thursday at 6.30pm.

Ab Blast

Instructors: Tom Coaten And Jack Smith
A 30 minute session dedicated to your core. Let us take you through exercises to strengthen, tone and shape that stubborn area.
Monday at 7pm and Thursday at 7pm
Price: £4.50

Functional Fitness

Instructor: Tom Coaten
The Class begins with a strength exercise for example: Deadlift, squats, cleans etc. whilst the second half of the class is a HIIT session using body weight exercises, kettlebells and barbells.
Tuesday at 6:30pm
Price: £5.00


Instructor: Kellie Bryan
A 45minute circuit class designed to tone the whole body and burn lots of calories using different pieces of equipment. Every week is different.
All levels are welcome!
